For many Laryngectomees, difficulty with swallowing (dysphagia) can be problematic owing to a variety of factors. Surgery and post-laryngectomy treatment can temporarily or permanently affect our ability to swallow, diminishing our enjoyment of eating and drinking.

Simon Howells and the Speech Pathology students of Griffith University, collaborated to create a cookbook of inviting, tasty recipes for anyone experiencing dysphagia. From soups to Shepherd’s Pie, pumpkin curry to chocolate pudding, the recipes tempt the tastebuds with easy to eat delicious dishes.
